I’m usually much more into cooking than baking, but after Ian’s Mom brought us back a plethora of speculoos spread from Holland I decided to try my hand at baking. These are made with vanilla espresso cake, and speculoos & mocha cappuccino hazelnut swirl icing - only a dollop because it’s quite rich and creamy.
